Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above, including being unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
